WhenJesus was travelling through the coasts of Decapolis, the people brought to him, a man that was deaf and had an impediment in his speech and they besought The Lord to heal him and when his hearing was restored and he then spoke plainly, the people marvelled "And were beyond measure astonished, saying, HE HATH DONE ALL THINGS WELL: He maketh both the deaf to hear and the dumb to speak." [Mark 7:37.]

Truly I can say with great thankfulness, The Lord has done all things well; My Dad for whom I had prayed for 47 years, came to Jesus on his death bed and after praying, said to the sister in the ward of the hospital, "would you tell my son I've prayed the prayer"; he passed away the following day. My dear dad knew about this prayer that needs to be prayed. Around the year 1962 a large Billy Graham Crusade (Joe Blinco being the Evangelist) was held in Wollongong, and I invited my Dad to come one night, and he said, "I will come, but don't you expect that I'm going to do that thing, of going forward and making some decision about becoming a christian, and all that sort of stuff"; Praise the Lord He never gives up on a single soul!

I thought at the age of 85, I would lose my Dad forever, but as the promise for today says, The Lord had this precious goodness "laid up" for both my sister and myself in seeing our Dad come through to know The Lord.

My friend if you are holding out on Jesus, you are holding out on ABUNDANT LIFE NOW AND FOR ETERNITY and making the worst decision of your short life and eternal...
