Jesus can lift you out.

     Matthew 14:26-29 [Peter Sinking]

26. "And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, it is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.

27. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, Be of good cheer, it is I be not afraid.

28. And Peter answered him and said, Lord if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.

29. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.

30. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying , Lord save me.

31. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

                                 **There is Saving Strength for you!**

          Psalm 20:6-9.

6. Now know I that The Lord Saveth his anointed; He will hear him from his holy Heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.

7. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of The Lord our God.

8. They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.

9. Save, Lord: let the king hear us when we call.

                                    ** Deliverance out of ALL Troubles**

               Psalm 34:6-8.

6. This poor man cried, and The Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.

7. The Angel of The Lord encampeth round about them that fear him.

8. O Taste and See that The Lord is Good: Blessed is the man that trusteth in Him.

                                         **On your side to take your part** 

              Psalm 118:5-9.

5. I called upon The Lord in Distress: The Lord answered me and set me in a large place.

6. The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

7. The Lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.

8. It is better to trust in The Lord than put confidence in man.

9. It is better to trust in The Lord than to put confidence in Princes.

 There is not just the threat of disaster, but real disaster happening everywhere, all the time, because Adams race fell into disaster at the beginning of time, and eventually everything falls into the great disaster valley, of the shadow of death! But there is a Great shepherd that cannot fail to lead us to higher ground from the floods of trouble, suffering, misery, and the eventual flood of Death. Jesus said,  "But the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water, springing up into EVERLASTING LIFE" [John 4:14.]

Come to Jesus, Cast all your care upon Him, He cares for you, and has done so for a long, Long, time.
