Home My Kindness shall not depart!

T. Austin Sparks - Messages.

 "For the Mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my Kindness (Stedfast Love) shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of Peace be removed, saith The Lord that hath Mercy on thee." [Isaiah 54:10.]

The Lord refresh His joy in your heart that: 1) There are those things which can "Depart" or forsake us and  there are those things which can be "removed" or taken from us; and 2) in both cases The Lord's "Kindness shall not depart from you" or leave you and His "Covenant of Peace shall not be removed from you" or forcibley by another Power taken or snatched from you. Praise The Lord for such a love and such a Covenant, How much does this promise remind us of Paul's words

 to The Church at Rome -  "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor Life, nor angels, nor Principalities, nor Powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor.....shall be able to seperate us from The Love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" [Romans 8:38-39.]

The only power that can remove the Mountains is the power of the one that established them and that is the power of the one who by His Love and  "Kindness" established a "covenant of Peace" through The Cross as the Word says -  "And having made Peace through the blood of His Cross..." [Colossians 1:20.]

Truly we can say with the Hymn writer..

1.	And can it be that I should gain
	an interest in the Savior's blood!
	Died he for me? who caused his pain!
	For me? who him to death pursued?
	Amazing love! How can it be
	that thou, my God, shouldst die for me?
	Amazing love! How can it be
	that thou, my God, shouldst die for me?

2.	'Tis mystery all: th' Immortal dies!
	Who can explore his strange design?
	In vain the firstborn seraph tries
	to sound the depths of love divine.
	'Tis mercy all! Let earth adore;
	let angel minds inquire no more.
	'Tis mercy all! Let earth adore;
	let angel minds inquire no more.

3.	He left his Father's throne above
	(so free, so infinite his grace!),
	emptied himself of all but love,
	and bled for Adam's helpless race.
	'Tis mercy all, immense and free,
	for O my God, it found out me!
	'Tis mercy all, immense and free,
	for O my God, it found out me!

4.	Long my imprisoned spirit lay,
	fast bound in sin and nature's night;
	thine eye diffused a quickening ray;
	I woke, the dungeon flamed with light;
	my chains fell off, my heart was free,
	I rose, went forth, and followed thee.
	My chains fell off, my heart was free,
	I rose, went forth, and followed thee.

5.	No condemnation now I dread;
	Jesus, and all in him, is mine;
	alive in him, my living Head,
	and clothed in righteousness divine,
	bold I approach th' eternal throne,
	and claim the crown, through Christ my own.
	Bold I approach th' eternal throne,
	and claim the crown, through Christ my own.
The Lord cause us to rejoice like David; "Bless The Lord O my soul and all that
is within me bless His Holy name and forget not ALL His Benefits.
[Psalm 103:1.]
Jesus Loves You.
 God Bless.
