                                     More on Glory.

"When He shall come to be glorified in His saints"

                                  [2 Thessalonians 1:10-12.]

Yes, just like all the other many words of Jesus, that have been, and are being fulfilled in these days of world turmoil, so this event is surly going to happen, and that event is not far away and could understandably take place any second! This event of course  that I am referring to is as the verse above declares...  "When he (Jesus) shall come".

The encouragement of this passage of Scripture is a vey special one for believers, and those who Love The Lord, and this little bit here is for you if you don't know Him.

Continuing on from yesterdays "Today's Promise", keeping in mind that the pages here at this site are meant to be the sounding out of...

No one could touch The apostle Paul, and not get "good news" out of him; he made the statement that he  "was separated unto The Gospel of God" [Romans 1:1.] If you were to hang around Paul, you would not leave him without hearing, something FANTASTIC and GREAT about the Love of God and The GREATNESS of The Grace of Christ on OFFER to THE WHOLE WORLD of  sinners!

Going back then:-

We were up to "Give Glory to Him" from the following verse...  "Fear God and give Glory to Him; for the hour of His judgement is come: and worship Him that made Heaven, and Earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters" [Revelation 14:7.]

"Give Glory to Him":

The opposite to giving God glory is found in the following verse...  "Because that when they KNEW God they glorified Him not AS GOD neither were thankful; but became vain in their imagination and their foolish heart was darkened" [Romans 1:21.] You can give Glory to God as Moses did when he said  "Ascribe Greatness to our God, He is The Rock, His work is perfect: for all His ways are judgement: a God of Truth and without iniquity, just and right is He" [Deuteronomy 33:3-4.] To "Ascribe Greatness" to God is to thank Him for the greatness of His provision of life and breath and all things and most of all to thank Him for His GREAT LOVE FOR YOU in giving His Son (Jesus Christ) to bare your Judgement  for Your sin, tasting your death and rising again from the dead to give you the same grave

conquoring power of LIFE for...  .

Yes Jesus Loves You! Come to Him now and  receive Him as your saviour and Lord and thank Him for the many times he has been reaching out to you; can you remember how many times you have maybe seen, huge placards saying, "John 3:16" at soccer matches or cricket matches or other public events? The following is that verse from the Bible which is often referred to as "The Gospel in a Nutshell"...  "For God so Loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not Perish but have...

 [John 3:16.]

Jesus is reaching for You.

 God Bless.

                               More on Glory.

"When He shall come to be Glorified in His saints"

                                  [2 Thessalonians 1:10.]

Paul describes the different glorious appearance of the stars, how that they all have a unique "Glory" and each differs in glory to the other and then says...

"....So also is the Resurrection of The dead" [1 Corinthians 15:42.]

As every star has it's own particular beauty and Glory, so every believer will have varying degrees and strengths of The Glory of The Lord; there  will be no duplication of the glory of one believer to another, just as in the human body each member is singular in its function and value and importance and not one member is the same as the other, as Paul said concerning The body of Christ,  "If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing.." [1 Corinthians 12:17.]

How unique shall every believer be in expressing the manifold Glories of Christ. There will be no duplication of one believers Glory in another believer or in countless believers and this truth is also reflected in the human plane as well; there is no one human being, that is the same as another, even in the matter of twins there is recognisable differences; what a Creator! How Great is our God!

"It doth not yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when He shall appear, we shall be like Him for we shall see Him as He is" [1 John 3:2.]

Jesus Loves You.

 God Bless
